I am a son, friend, husband, father, coworker, leader and coach who has worked from the bottom up. I have failed and succeeded in each of these aspects of my life. Luckily my successes have far outweighed my failures and I am here to guide others on how to do the same.

I have lived through many adversities in my life. I had a daughter at the age of 20 with my high school sweetheart, got married to another woman a few years later, had our first child within a year and he had a birth injury that required surgeries for the first 4 years of his life and therapy to this day. Our daughter was born 3 years and 10 months after our son. My wife was a stay at home mom and our life was stressful navigating having a child part time, a new born and a son with extra needs.

I went through alot at work going from the electrical apprenticeship, becoming a journeyman, a service tech and then a project manager in that same time.  Being driven to grow at work put additional strain at home but I felt was required in order to support my family the way I wanted to.

With our daughter turning 4 my wife had decided that we were no longer working together and was considering divorce. I convinced her to do couples counseling to see if we could work through it. We did and through that time and going into the next 13 years I was just going through the motions and felt stuck.

It was during this time that I began my endless search for a better, and more fulfilling life. While I was working on my growth I had a disagreement with my employer and was let go. I landed another job within a week and started rebuilding. Then tragedy struck. I was on my way home from hanging with friends when I was hit by a speeding motorcyclist. Because I had a couple of beers with my friends, I ended up having to serve 6 months in jail.

The biggest lesson I have learned through this is how to not be a victim and take control of my life, on my terms. The decision to not let life dictate who I am, lead me to many years of self improvement that ultimately led me to getting certified as a life coach.

Through everything, I have a very happy marriage of 26 years, three kids making their own way in life all while working a career to making a multiple 6 figure income helping people.
